Often, when we begin seeking solutions to our health problems it’s because there is a part of our life that we want to be available for, and can’t. Whether that’s relationships, our children, our calling or passions. Yet often, by presenting these symptoms, our body is letting us know that there is a deeper need that we are not tending to.
Most of the time, this need is a simple *being with ourself*.

Women’s conditioning
We, especially as women, are conditioned to care for everything and everyone but ourselves. We have our jobs, our duties, children and husbands to take care off (some of us have dogs and chickens too), we focus on the outside, how we look, aren’t we too fat, how we smile, and whether we are pleasant enough overall. Self-care has become just another item on our to-do list that we have yet to find more time for. All of this creates a profound imbalance in our inner lives and we are headed for burn-out and illness.
See how it feels on the inside
When was the last time you just took a breath to see how it feels on the inside? When was the last time you consciously drew a breath for no other reason but just because it feels good to make more space for yourself? When was the last time you did something for no reason at all? Just because you wanted to. Not to be productive, not to please or pacify anyone, not to self improve, not even to make yourself feel better. Just because.
Just because…
Just because you are here, and because this existence does not have any overall meaning but just to *be*. When was the last time you tapped into that feeling and let yourself to just be? Just as you are. As you are right now. Not when you finish the dishes, not when you fix your hair, not when you heal, but right now. Can you let yourself be okay, right now?
Can you, just for this one moment, accept what is? Who you are? How you are feeling?
Can you let all that be okay for now?
Deep breath.
Letting go.
In this moment, you are okay.
